Step 1: Mix up Vanilla Cream: Blend up milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Canned coconut milk is creamier but any milk works.

Step 2: Add crushed Oreo cookies to the popsicle mold. Then pour in the vanilla cream.

Step 3: Melt the chocolate chips and stir into a portion of vanilla cream to make a chocolate cream.

Step 4: Add a bit of the chocolate cream to each popsicle. Add the sticks, and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 5: Dip the base of the mold under hot water to remove the popsicles. Store them frozen for up to three months or more if sealed properly.
