Step 1: Pull them off the stems and wash them with clean water or a vinegar wash. (1 tbsp white vinegar in 1 cup of water).

Step 2: Strain the grapes in a fine mesh strainer or a colander, into a bowl.

Step 3: Pour grapes on a parchment lined pan and pat grapes dry with a clean cloth.

Step 4: Freeze them uncovered for 2 hours. Keep them stored frozen in a sealed container in the freezer.
