Step 1: Wash your watermelon and chop it into chunks. Wash fruit and add all to blender. No need to peel a sweet lime.

Step 2: Blend the mixture until you have a liquid. Taste the popsicle mixture and add maple syrup if necessary. Add 1 teaspoon at a time and blend between and taste to get up to the flavor you want.

Step 3: Use a measuring cup to pour the liquid into each popsicle well. This recipe makes 8 popsicles. If you are going to add something to the base of the popsicle, leave ½ inch space, fill with any add-in, and insert stick.

Step 4: Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Remove healthy watermelon popsicles from the mold.
