Step 2: Continue by removing lemon pith and strings from oranges. The white pith in fruit is bitter so remove it for fruit infused water or your water will go bitter after 24 hours.

Step 5: Pour on  fresh clear water. Refrigerate and enjoy for 24 hours. Remove or eat the fruit within 24 hours. Refill up to 3 times before that.
