How to Juice Limes & Make Juice 1.Microwave them for 10 seconds each before slicing and squeezing. 2. Roll them on the counter using the heel of your hand to break the inside fibers. 3. Both methods will increase the amount of juice you get from each lime. Squeeze, blend a lime juice recipe, strain. Use my lime juice recipe on my blog. You should get about 1 cup of juice from 8 limes.

Lime water is water with lime juice in it plus lemon juice. You can make my homemade lime juice or squeeze fresh limes or use organic bottled lime juice.
