Gather Ingredients brewed coffee (caf or decaf) milk (any kind) pumpkin purée brown sugar vanilla pumpkin pie spice salt ice cubes (optional, make with coffee)

Step 1: Make Coffee. You need ½ cup of coffee. Brew it in your coffee maker, or just boil water and make instant coffee. Put the coffee in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool.

Step 2: Add cooled coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and salt to a blender.
