maple syrup (refined sugar free)
milk
(salt, vanilla, cinn)

Step 1:
Add ingredients to blender, including oats which you could rinse briefly first to aid digestion.

Once all ingredients are in blender jar, blend for about 1 minute to pulverize. If the smoothie seems dry, feel free to add a bit more milk.
