Frosty Raspberry Green Grape Smoothie (vegan, immune-booster, detox, workout smoothie)
makes about 2-cup smoothie mixture
water or enough to make it creamy
covered ice cube tray
I like this brand because each tray holds 1 cup of concentrate and has a cover so the ice cubes do not take on freezer scents and tastes.
Blend all, pour into an ice cube tray, and freeze overnight.
Blend up the cubes the next day in a high speed blender for the creamiest texture ever!
Want it faster, don't freeze first - it will still be creamy, especially if you use the veggies and chia powder.
