Starbucks Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino is a delicious caramel shake, or caramel crunch frappe, made with or without coffee but a delicious caramel flavor. Mine is made with healthier ingredients and is protein-packed and refined sugar free.
Drop dates in just-boiled water for 5 minutes before pitting them.

Notes
*Blend about 30 seconds, not enough for the dates to fully blend into the mixture - that's because leaving a few chewy bits of dates mimics the processed toffee bits that Starbuck's adds.**Make it with regular coffee, decaf or even chocolate milk if you prefer your frappuccino without coffee.Top your milk with spices or whipped cream or both. I whipped up coconut cream from a can with a few tablespoons of powdered sugar.
