Blend ingredients until smooth. Add a little milk to help with blending.
½ cup cocoa powder, 2 avocadoes, peeled and pitted, ½ cup maple syrup, ½ cup milk
Taste test. If it needs to be sweeter in your opinion, add maple syrup a tablespoon at at time.
Pour mixture into the popsicle mold, dividing between 6 popsicle wells. Freeze 30 minutes and insert sticks. Freeze at least four hours or overnight.
To remove popsicles, dip the mold into hot water (do not let water touch the top or the popsicles will melt away). Then tug a popsicle at a time, putting a release one directly into the freezer.
Make brownie coating
Crush a brownie or chocolate cookies into crumbs.
1 cup brownies or chocolate cookies, plain and crushed
Put the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe cup and melt for 1 minute. Set it aside to cool until slightly warm.

Dip each popsicle tip into the melted chocolate. Then dip into crushed brownies or chocolate cookies.
Lay dipped popsicles in a storage container, single layer, and keep frozen.
