High protein chocolate chia pudding bites are creamy with a snappy chocolate coating, and made easily in an ice cube tray with just 4 ingredients. These chocolate protein fudge bites are dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil for 1 minute in microwave. Stir until smooth.
1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 cup chocolate chips
Spoon half into the ice cube tray wells. Set aside or refrigerate while you make the filling.
Make chia pudding filling
Stir the chia seeds into the yogurt and set aside for 5 minutes to plump the chia seeds.
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
½ cup yogurt, 2 tablespoon cocoa, 2 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, pinch salt, 2 tablespoon chia seeds
Spoon the chia seed mixture on to the layered chocolate in the ice cube tray.
Spoon on the top layer of melted chocolate.
Freeze filled trays for 30 minutes or however long it takes for your freezer to freeze them enough so you can remove them from the ice cube trays.

Storage. Refrigerated. In a sealed container, these vegan Snickers bites last 2 weeks.
Frozen. In a sealed container in the freezer, your healthy Snickers bites will last 6 months.
