cups
chickpeas (1 15.5 ounce can)
drained and rinsed

tablespoon
maple syrup
⅓
cup
cocoa
¼
cup
yogurt
Optional for extra flavor

teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Blend chickpeas and yogurt into a pulp.
Add to a bowl and add cocoa and maple syrup.
1 ½ cups chickpeas (1 15.5 ounce can),
2 tablespoon maple syrup,
⅓ cup cocoa,
¼ cup yogurt,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Scoop onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and flatten with a spoon.
Sprinkle with sprinkles or nuts.
Freeze for 30 minutes or until solid.
Notes
If you want to disguise the bean flavor further,
add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
