½ cup cauliflower, frozen, ¼ cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon almond butter*, 1 date, ¾ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, mini
Blend for 30-seconds or 1 minute until smooth. Taste and add another date or a tablespoon of maple syrup if you want it sweeter.

Use maple syrup instead of dates - 1 date = 1 tablespoon maple syrup.*Any nut or seed butter works. Almond butter and cashew butter adds cookie dough flavor; peanut butter will make it strongly peanut-butter-flavored.
