Ingredients for Cookie Dough Smoothie

- Cauliflower. Use raw frozen riced cauliflower or frozen florets chopped. Adds creaminess without banana.
- Rolled oats. Thickens the smoothie, adds fiber and cookie dough flavor.
- Almond butter. Any nut or seed butter works. Adds protein, flavor. Peanut butter will add strong peanut flavor.
- Milk. I used unsweetened almond milk, but any milk works.
- Dates. Medjool dates add natural sweetness or use maple syrup.
- Chocolate chips. Optional, but add for edible cookie dough feel.
- Vanilla extract + sea salt.
