Peanut butter cookie dough is a high protein, no bake snack. Only 3 ingredients and these peanut butter cookie dough bites are ready in minutes. An energizing high protein snack! No protein powder!
1 ¼ cup almond flour, ½ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, pinch salt, ½ cup chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients into a dough. If too sticky, add almond flour; if too dry add milk.
Press the dough into a parchment-lined pan or glass dish.
Dot with chocolate chips and freeze for 30 minutes or less.
Cut into finger-sized chunks and keep refrigerated.

Your dough moisture will be influenced by how wet your peanut butter is. If it mixes too wet, add a few tablespoons of flour. If it mixes too dry, add a few tablespoons of milk.This recipe makes about 1 cup of dough.
