Instructions
Prep
Melt the topping chocolate chips in the microwave for one minute.
Make cookie dough batter
Mix cookie dough batter by mixing oat flour, maple syrup, peanut butter, ¼ cup of the milk (half of it) and vanilla.

⅓ cup maple syrup,
⅓ cup peanut butter,
½ cup milk,
1 teaspoon vanilla
Divide the batter into two bowls, and add the cocoa and the rest of the milk (¼ cup milk) to one batch of batter. Mix into a brownie batter.

Add chocolate chips to the cookie dough bowl and fold in.
½ cup chocolate chips
Press the cookie dough cups into a mini muffin pan or mold, and indent with a tablespoon.
Roll brownie batter into balls and insert into the indentations of the cookie dough cups and level off with a spoon.
Dollop the melted chocolate on top of each cup. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate is set.
