Creamy frozen yogurt bites coated in chocolate are like dairy free fro-yo bites, better than yasso, klondike or clio bars. These high protein yogurt snacks are low in sugar, low in calories, budget friendly, and perfect for adults, kids and toddlers.
Mix together the yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, almond flour, salt and vanilla in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness.
1 cup yogurt, 3 tablespoon almond flour, 3 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fold in any mix-ins.
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Pour the mixture into your favorite ice cube tray, filling about ⅔ full. The tray does not have to be coated first.
Freeze for at least 2 hours or until cubes can be removed.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave for 1 minute. Stir until melted, and set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
1 cup chocolate chips, 3 tablespoon coconut oil
Dip each cube by lowering it into the melted chocolate quickly on a fork. Allow excess to drip off and line cubes on parchment paper. Store in freezer and enjoy.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for about 3 months.
