Step 1: Mix wet ingredients and sugar in a bowl, then add flour, soda, powder and salt through a strainer.

Step 2: Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a parchment lined loaf pan.

Step 3: Dot the batter on top with mini chocolate chips. Mini chips are better in this recipe as they won't rip the cake when  you slice.

Step 4: Bake at 350 F until a tester comes out clean, 35- 40 minutes. If you measured the flour correctly, the texture should be perfect.
