Step 2: Spoon or scoop 2 tbsp of batter into line cupcake wells.

Step 3: Bake them for 18 minutes. Allow them to cool, then cut a well, and fill with white frosting.

Step 4: Cap with cut-out from well and dust with powdered sugar.
