The Resources Behind My Crazy Healthy with 4 Ingredients Cookbook
The resources provided below were used to create the recipes in my Crazy Healthy with 4 Ingredients cookbook. These recipes use healthy, plant-based ingredients that are fresh and minimal processing, and the required equipment needs are also low. So below, I provide the links to my recommended brands and selections of each via my Amazon store.
Recommended Ingredients
Within the store, attached to many ingredients, I have left tips and stories that reference the related recipe in the book and I will be adding more messages over time. Many of my recommended ingredients are fair trade, organic, free of additives, and they work in my recipe. All of the ingredients are from respected brands that you would want to get to know (if you don't already) in your journey to eat healthier.
In the book, I also share a Healthy Capsule Pantry guide and the links to these recommended ingredients could help you stock your own healthy capsule pantry if you chose to use my guide.

Recommended Equipment
Aside from cooking basics, such as measuring tools and bowls and pans, my recipes only need 2-3 pieces of equipment - in fact they are all three sitting in the top row of my Amazon equipment store. The first two are my absolute favorite high speed blender and my absolute favorite food processor - some recipes can be made in either; some recipes can be made in only a high-speed blender for best outcome. The third piece of equipment I recommend is very much optional but also very much recommended.
