Why You'll Love Cherry Brownies
- Fruit in brownies replaces eggs and oil
- Cherries and chocolate enhance each others flavors
- Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, flour free and refined sugar free
- Only 4 ingredients
- Made in a blender, a quick and easy no bake brownie
Ingredients

- Cocoa powder. Use a quality unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder to be sure your brownie tastes rich and chocolatey. I love Navitas cacao powder and Valhrona or Ghirardelli cocoa powder.
- Cherries. Frozen is best. Fresh might be okay
- Cashew butter. Or use any nut or seed butter.
- Maple syrup. This might be optional if your cherries are sweet enough.
Chef's Tip: This batter will probably be thick so use a stronger blender or food processor. I use a Blendtec with a Twister jar . The twister jar has two arms on the cover that you twist to agitate the blender contents, producing a creamier texture.
