Lower in calories and sugar. This homemade mango dragonfruit lemonade contains 109 calories and 11 grams of sugar depending on the lemonade you use, while the Starbucks version using syrup has 140 calories and 31 grams of sugar.
Ingredients
Frozen Dragon fruit. I use frozen dragon fruit packets to have access to the pink dragon fruit. I live on the East Coast and we only have access to fresh white dragon fruit (pink shell but white inside). They taste the same, but the pink dragon fruits create that gorgeous pink color.
Mango. Use fresh or frozen.
Lemonade. Use a high-quality lemonade or make it from scratch. Here is my single serving lemonade recipe.

FAQS
The fresh or frozen dragon fruit actually makes up most of the fruit texture. You could use 2 tablespoon of powder and add that to more mango fruit, and it will be pink but the powder has little flavor, so you'll taste mostly mango.
The Starbucks mango dragon fruit lemonade contains 31 grams of sugar, that is higher than the 24 gram daily limit the American Heart Association requires. However, my recipe using fresh fruit has considerably lower sugar and is less sweet but still tastes tropical.
