dragon lemonade in a starbuck cup.

Starbucks mango dragon fruit lemonade drink is a popular tropical drink made at the famed coffee shop with lemonade. Making it at home in your blender allows you to control the sugar and fat content.

Like my recipes for Starbucks Pink Drink and Starbucks Dragon Drink, and my Starbucks Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, this Starbucks copycat recipe uses real fruit instead of bottled syrups makes it healthier and lower in calories and lower in sugar.

    Why You'll Love This Recipe

Fresh & healthy ingredients. No need to use expensive powders or freeze dried fruits, or bottled syrups.

Easy with a blender. You can add your ingredients to a blender and pour over ice. Your copycat Starbucks mango dragonfruit lemonade can be ready in minutes.

Lower in calories and sugar. This homemade mango dragonfruit lemonade contains 109 calories and 11 grams of sugar depending on the lemonade you use, while the Starbucks version using syrup has 140 calories and 31 grams of sugar.

    Ingredients

    dragon lemonade ingredients.

Frozen Dragon fruit. I use frozen dragon fruit packets to have access to the pink dragon fruit. I live on the East Coast and we only have access to fresh white dragon fruit (pink shell but white inside). They taste the same, but the pink dragon fruits create that gorgeous pink color.

    Mango. Use fresh or frozen.

Lemonade. Use a high-quality lemonade or make it from scratch. Here is my single serving lemonade recipe.

    FAQS

Can I use pink pitaya or dragon fruit powder for this recipe?

The fresh or frozen dragon fruit actually makes up most of the fruit texture. You could use 2 tablespoon of powder and add that to more mango fruit, and it will be pink but the powder has little flavor, so you'll taste mostly mango.

Is the mango dragon fruit lemonade sweet?

The Starbucks mango dragon fruit lemonade contains 31 grams of sugar, that is higher than the 24 gram daily limit the American Heart Association requires. However, my recipe using fresh fruit has considerably lower sugar and is less sweet but still tastes tropical.
