How Does ItWork?
Once you sign up, I will send you a welcome email with a grocery list. You can gather, and the next day you'll receive your first recipe, and a new recipe every day after that for six days.
To break it down into simple steps:
--I will give you a 15-ingredient grocery list for ALL 6 Smoothies.
--I will give you 6 Smoothie recipes, one per day.
--YOU make the smoothies - either the night before or day of.
--YOU will swap one green smoothie for your breakfast or lunch for 6 days.
--YOU will Feel GREAT, starting by day 3!

Are Smoothies Healthy to Drink?
Yes, if you use quality, whole foods for ingredients.
Drinking a single nutritious meal a day is beneficial in many ways - your body can absorb nutrients from a drink faster than solids, and drinking at least one meal a day gives your digestion a break, enabling you to use that digestion energy elsewhere.
