    FAQS

Can I use a different kind of coffee besides instant?

Yes, you can but you'll have to reduce the water by half or more. The trick is to use a strong version of whatever coffee you choose whether it be fresh brewed, cold brew, espresso shots or drip. You can also use decaffeinated instant.

Instead of microwaving, can I boil this coffee syrup?

Yes, this will create a thicker and more bitter coffee syrup. Instead of microwaving the mixture, add it to a pan and simmer on low for 3 minutes. Do not burn, keep stirring.

    Can I make a sugar-free coffee syrup?

Yes, instead of coconut sugar, use monk fruit sugar or date sugar or erythritol or stevia. you might have to adjust the amount depending on the sweetness of your choice.
