    Milk. I recommend cashew milk or almond milk as they are high in healthy fats and thus creamy, but not as high in calorie as coconut milk, a common choice in homemade Irish Cream recipes.

    Irish Whiskey. To make this drink alcoholic, use Irish whiskey such as Jamisons. You can use bourbon.

    Chocolate. You can use your favorite chocolate syrup, or melt ¼ cup of chocolate chips and add that, or even add 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa though you might need to add a sweetener.

    Coffee. Use instant granules and use decaffeinated to tone down the caffeine.

    Flavorings. I added cinnamon, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt and black pepper to support all the warm flavors.

    You can make this drink in a glass and froth with a hand frother or stir vigorously with a spoon.

    Gluten-free. It's naturally gluten-free, even if you use Jamison's Irish Whiskey.
