These homemade Snickers brownies are mini-sized because they are made in an ice cube tray. And they are ready in under an hour and can keep a long time in your freezer. I used this ice cube tray, but you can use any one you own, just adjust the layer amounts to fit your tray wells.

How Snickers Brownies Taste
My no bake Snickers Brownies have three layers that add up to a high protein, refined-sugar-free healthy candy treat:
- a brownie nougat crust made of almond flour, cocoa and maple syrup.
- a caramel filling of peanut butter and maple syrup,
- a topping of loose crunchy peanuts and a snappy chocolate top.
You will not need to buy another Snickers bar again.
Ingredients
- Almond flour. This buttery flour helps the Snickers chocolate nougat base taste like a brownie.
- Cocoa. Unsweetened cocoa turns the nougat base chocolate.
- Maple syrup. This sweetener is used in the brownie nougat base as well as in the homemade caramel layer.
- Peanuts. Because these are Snickers.
- Peanut butter. Because these are Snickers. Use a runny healthy kind with only peanuts as ingredients, no added sugar. Wholefoods 365 organic peanut butter is great - or any of their nut butters.
- Chocolate chips. You'll melt these into a snappy chocolate coating for your Snickers Brownie Bites.

Storage
Refrigerated. In a sealed container, these vegan Snickers brownie bites last 2 weeks.
Frozen. In a sealed container in the freezer, your healthy Snickers bites will last 6 months.
Recipe Tips
Switch to a nut-free Snickers by using oat flour instead of almond flour, a seed butter instead of peanut butter, and topping with seeds instead of nuts.
Sweeteners. I used maple syrup to keep it refined sugar free but honey works too if you don't need to make vegan Snickers bites. To reduce sugar, leave off the maple syrup in the caramel layer.
