    These 18 healthy pink foods for a party are wholesome and energizing recipes, and no artificial food coloring is needed. They are perfect for a pink-themed party to celebrate Barbie, a charity, or if you simply like your food pretty in pink.

    Preparing these healthy pink foods for a party is quite easy with simple wholesome ingredients, and no artificial food coloring. Some of the recipes use beets and berries can color your food pink, others are naturally pink.     Naturally pink foods get their colors from betacyanin and natural pigments called anthocyanins. They are often high in nutrition especially vitamin C. Among foods in nature that are pink include an assortment of fruits and vegetables. I tell you many in my list of naturally pink foods in this post 14 Foods That Are Pink. To serve pink food for a party, you can build a pink party board or healthy pink charcuterie with pink fresh fruits and veggies from that list or make one of my healthy pink recipes from the list below.

    Aside from the foods you can serve, you'll want to decorate and even dress in pink as the hostess and invite your guests to dress in pink as well. Your party might be to support a nonprofit or to create a Barbie-themed party or you just like the color pink. Depending on your focus, you might want to create a smart phone donation station if you are supporting a charity, or create giveaways such as pink goodie bags, or a pink cactus in a pot.
