    How To Sneak Vegetables Into Desserts

    Sneaking vegetables into desserts is a great way to meet the daily vegetable requirement. And a way to make desserts healthier and not a waste of nutritional value. Also it's easier than you think to sneak vegetables into desserts in such a way that no one notices. I am talking about my Butternut Squash Fudge, and my Sweet Potato Ice Cream Cups, and my Cauliflower Brownies.
