    No bake frozen strawberry protein bites are easy to make with just 2 ingredients including beans and strawberries, making a frozen snack high in protein and fiber, and fresh and fruity.

    These frozen strawberry protein bites are easy to make with just 2 healthy ingredients which make them high in protein and fiber, as well as fresh and fruity.

    Like my other protein bites, chocolate protein bites, blueberry protein bites, carrot protein bites, dragon fruit protein bites, these are easy to make in a mold or a mini cupcake pan. You'll end up with frozen bites that can be grabbed from the freezer at will.

    Why You'll Love This

    • Quick & Easy Protein Snack. These frozen bites are so easy to make with just 2 ingredients in a blender and a freezer.
    • High in Protein & Fiber. Beans provide protein and fiber, and combining them with strawberries makes a nutritious snack.
    • Perfect for all diets. This frozen protein bite is perfect for any diet including dairy free, nut free, gluten free, grain free, vegan, and paleo.

    Ingredients

    • Beans. White is best, either Navy, northern or cannellini. Use unsalted canned.
    • Strawberries. Frozen or fresh.

    Steps to Make Pink Protein Bites

    For more detail, visit the complete and printable recipe at the bottom of this post, but here are general steps.

    • Step 1: Open the can of white beans, and rinse them. Trim and wash the strawberries.
    • Step 2: Add both ingredients to a blender. Blend up until creamy.
    • Step 3: Pour the mixture into molds or mini cupcakes papers.
    • Step 4: Freeze for 30 minutes (or longer depending on your freezer temperature) , remove from mold and eat!

    Storage

    Keep frozen for up to 3 months.

    Recipe Tips

    Possible sweetener. You might need to add a sweetener, such as 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup. It depends on how sweet your strawberries are. Be sure to taste the mixture right after you blend it to check.

    Strawberries. Fresh strawberries can be very sweet especially in season. If you need to use frozen, that's fine just be sure to taste test for sweetness.

    Beans can be substituted for the same amount of banana or yogurt.
